Abstract

Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to require vote of at least two-thirds of all members elected to each House of Legislative Assembly to pass bills during even-numbered year regular session of Legislative Assembly. Refers proposed amendment to voters for their approval or rejection at next regular general election.
